At The Darci Collection, each piece is thoughtfully created, selected, packaged, and handled with care. Because many of our works are original, handmade, custom, or produced in limited quantities, return eligibility varies by product type.

Eligible Returns

Eligible, non-custom products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition;

• Free from damage occurring after delivery; and

• Returned in its original or equivalent protective packaging.

Please do not send an item back without first contacting us.

Final Sale Items

Unless otherwise expressly stated on the product listing, the following purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind:

• Original one-of-one artwork

• Commissioned artwork

• Personalized or customized products

• Made-to-order artwork or products

• Products specifically altered or created at the customer's request

• Gift cards, if offered

Please review photographs, dimensions, materials, and product descriptions carefully before purchasing original artwork.

This policy does not prevent you from contacting us regarding an item that arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

Return Shipping

For eligible discretionary returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error by The Darci Collection or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned merchandise. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, particularly for artwork.

The Darci Collection is not responsible for returned merchandise lost or damaged during return transportation due to inadequate packaging or carrier handling.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days after inspection of the returned item. Your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error or an eligible damage/defect claim.

Damaged or Defective Orders

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [INSERT BUSINESS EMAIL].

Please include:

• Your order number;

• A description of the issue;

• Photographs of the item;

• Photographs of the shipping box and packaging if shipping damage occurred.

Please retain all original packaging until the claim has been resolved.

After reviewing the circumstances, we may provide an appropriate resolution such as repair, replacement when possible, or refund.

Because original artwork is unique, an identical replacement may not be available.

Cancellations

Orders for ready-to-ship products may be cancelled prior to shipment when possible. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the applicable return process above.

Commissioned, customized, personalized, and made-to-order purchases may not be cancelled once work or production has begun unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Exchanges

Because many pieces are unique or produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee exchanges.
